Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents. Covered borrowers under the Military Lending Act may not be charged a Military Annual Percentage Rate above 36%. The lender's products are priced above that cap and are therefore not available to applicants identified as covered borrowers in the Military Lending Act database.
